Fonpress carefully and rigorously performs all the mould design phases for die casting the mould and aluminium machining. Our technicians are specialised in the following processes:

The high quality of the die cast pieces is guaranteed not only by the experience of the staff but also by the wide range of latest generation machines. Fonpress is equipped with 6 shearing presses from 20 to 50 tonnes, 2 vertical sandblasting machines, 1 cluster sandblasting machine and 1 tunnel sandblasting machine which enable us to sandblast items which weigh up to 18 Kg. The die cast products are subject to rigorous controls in each phase of aluminium machining and light alloy machining in order to guarantee quality and performance to the client.
